Want to know the history behind Virginia’s beer production? You’ll learn about their history of beer from 1607 to the booming craft beer industry of today when we stop by the Virginia Beer Museum.

This 4 mile out and back hike offers impressive views on all sides when you reach the narrow ridgeline.  You can gaze out over Buzzard Rock Cliffs to see neighboring mountain ranges while on the opposite side glimpsing views of the valley below.

From there, we will head to the Virginia Beer Museum where you'll learn about the history of beer production in Virginia from 1607 until the present day boom of the craft beer industry. You'll also be able to try delicious beer from a variety of local breweries. We will then head to the Farm Brewery at Broad Run where you'll enjoy tasty beverages and food while listening to live music.

We will be picking up and dropping off from the Metro Center stop.
